JSC “MC “Dynamo” and SOK company signed a contract for the long-term lease of an office building in the business quarter of “VTB Arena Park”. The company will occupy the last of the three completed office buildings of the project providing the class A area of 9,000 sq.m. Thus, the SOK “Arena Park” location, which previously consisted of one building, will include two buildings with a total area of almost 20,000 sq.m. This makes SOK “Arena Park” the largest co-working space in Russia. The lease period of the building is 5 years and can be extended.
The site will be commissioned in the 3rd quarter of 2019 after renovation works: the building will be finished with high quality materials and engineering equipment according to the SOK standards. At the end of May 2019, SOK “Arena Park” and Nefa Architects won the international award for corporate interior design Best Office Awards 2019 in the “Co-working” category.
Each floor of the new building will provide a highly efficient flexible space: for teamwork of 20 to 30 people as well as the conference areas, adjustable meeting rooms, and recreation areas. The complex will also be equipped with smart access control systems that maintain different access levels for residents. At the same time, all residents of SOK “Arena Park” offices will be able to use the common co-working infrastructure: recreation areas, meeting rooms, cafeterias, conference halls and coffee points.
The cost of renting fixed workplaces in SOK “Arena Park” starts from 30,000 per month, the cost of non-fixed workplaces from 5,000 rubles per month (VAT included).

Almost half of the building (450 work places) will be dedicated to the digital development division of a major Russian bank. The rest of the premises are under negotiation, and the residents are expected to be found before the finishing works are over.”
