ZOLOTOgroup has won the tender for the development of a fully functional navigation system for the VTB Arena Park project occupying approximately 32 ha.
The navigation system will cover the Sports and Concert/Entertainment Complex “VTB Arena – Central Stadium “Dynamo” named after Lev Yashin”, the Dynamo Sports Academy, the Dynamo Sports Park occupying 8 ha, the Small Concert Hall “Arena Hall” (the former Tennis Academy), the entrance group, the Hyatt hotel, the premium class furnished apartments, four office buildings, six apartment buildings, the office building, the underground parking, the security perimeter territory and security fence, inspection pavilions, storage rooms and internal navigation systems.
The contractual works are planned to be finished in Q2 2018.
